Is PAN Jurisdiction change required for NRI?

Usually, the formality is complied by department itself. Assessee need not do anything.

You just need to select non-resident in the return, and perhaps add details of the country of tax residence and the foreign tax ID number.

There is also an option to update the same three things in the filing account, but you still need to enter it in the return.
