In ca exam you cannot say that these chapters are imporatnt or not important bercause the one you expect may come in your exam  will not come and the one you will leave may come................

i had faced it personally so please dont go fgor trend and try to cover maximum of the chapters

why we think overhead is over the head........it is one of the importan n easiest chapter....

In c.a. exams its not like ki.. they will always ask you seperate question for seperate chapter..... see the past trends of Pcc as well as ipcc institute is always asking questions by combining two chapters. So there may chances that institute may ask any question along with some adjustment of overhead. If this happens you wont able to attend whole the question .....

Therefore in my opinion you should not leave any of the chapter ....any chapter ..
