In septeber 09 newsletter on page 4 that is in Message of President it is stated that one time transfer is allowed however I am not sure whether this is for the amnesty scheme category/pending case or for every one. Infact institute has not come out with proper notification. Please make an effort to interpret the ambiguity or if you come accross such notification then please coordinate with me at "kaushikca1989 @ gmail.com"

Kaushik: There is no ambiguity about the article in question. It clearly stated that the amnesty was only for those students who had applied for transfers upto the cut-off date mentioned in the article.
UnleSS New President assumes its office ,I dont think even one FREE(OF ANY CONDITION) TRANSFER is allowable to students
