Guys I'm confused whether Corporate Law & Allied Laws Handbook of Munish Bhandari relevant for May 2012 exams is still good for preparation of May 2013? Where can I get the amendmends, if any? (I guess the recently passed Companies Act won't be applicable for May 2013)
I'm so tired of updating my books especially of Direct Taxes & Indirect Taxes. Many of you must have faced this problem, how do you tackle it?
Amendmends is what I'm now really scared about.
Check out the suggestion for laest updaates of any subject.Munish Bahndari sir big book is more than enough with sufficent revision.

Because of shortage of time, I'm afraid I have no option but to refer the Handbook. But Whether the old one will still do the job still remains a question
don't bother about amendments. these are only few so your hand book is more than enough to secure 55 + marks. i have also used the same.
