First of all you should go for verification of answer sheets of all the papers.

Then convert to IPCC.

Prepare for the remaining papers.

Especially Account and Law as these two subject will make start your articleship.

So don't loose hope.

Me too had a  terrific situation at the exam time. My papa was admitted in hospital on the day before my exam. i was tensed and was in very difficult stuation. but i thought that god will save my father's health and i  just didnt demoralised and gave my last pe-ii exam in may 2010 and got cleared.

So don't loose hope.
