I am appearing in May 2009 examination of PE 2
1. I have the business and corporate law study material updated as on 15th Nov 2005 and published on September 2006. Is this book relevant for May 2009 examination.
2. Like above for auditing i have book published on September 2005.
Is above 2 books relevant for May 2009 examination.

But PE II latest study material from institute is no available any of the ICAI chapters. Should we follow PCC materail for auditing??

no problem those books r gud enuf...for law i studied munish bhandari's book published in 2004 and got 62 in nov08 attempt ...so all u need is good understanding of these 2 subjects as it is nowadays they r asking more case studies in law than theory questions...so just concentrate on books u hav ...best of luck!!

get padhuka's book for pcc..its same for pe2 and study only questions asked bfore...i got 70 in nov attempt..so it works!!
