Is membership fee applicable for TDS?
Whether any TDS section applicable for Membership Fee received .. If so..which is that section?

Much depends upon to whom the membership fees paid?
The concept of the collection of the fees?
Whether mutually concept existed in the organization? etc.
In general, the TDS liability does not arise when it is collected as deposit.
