Is it possible to join CA Final after a time lag of 4yrs? If someone cleared PE II in Nov'05............, whether it would be possible for him /her to join articleship as well as ca final now?

Yes u can join now, no difference bcoz of time lag... But yes, the time lag will affect ur future CV prospects as well as the career prospects..
