Is it legal to use a personal bank account for business transaction?
One of our client used personal bank account for business Transaction.
So as a auditor what should we do.
Is there any section told about this (Companies Act, 2013).

If it is Proprietory concern Then ok
but in that case you have to mention in your report in notes
othercase you have to make qualified opinion
