Bring whatever bill till it isnt implemented perfectly nothing will reach poor......ur know how Govt & their employees work........if u bribe them they will work for u else make you run from piller to post to get the work done........n for food security bil  Had the Govt distributed the grains rotting in the government granaries due to lack of space to store it half of the problem had been solved itself............., FSB is yet another weapon from the central govt to squeeze the taxpayers' money.
