Is it beneficial to be an individual investor or incorporate a company and invest as a company?
If I incorporate a company, I will be the sole owner of it. I won't have any office and will mostly be working from my home office setup. I will not be doing any intra-day trading or F&O. I will only indulge in investing in businesses (listed securities) for the long term.
Can someone help me understand the pros and cons of both?
