whts the notification date by CBEC??if its on before 30th aprl thn it ll be applicable,otherwise not...

please help whether they are applicable for November'2011 (pcc)exams and also i heard that from November'2011 no more CaseStudies in Stratagic Management is it true ?

Mrs.Ramya i think those VAT & Service Tax will not applicable for November'2011 Exams why because official announcement is not given to include under syllabus.
