IS Ipcc enough for CS executive

Hello frnds

         I hve cleared group 1 of IPCC in my first attempt,also  CPT immediately after finishing my higher secondary,ALSo I was interested in Company Law and want to do my CS, and my question is Can I get a direct entry to CS executive without foundation and graduate after clearing IPCC........if so wat is the procedure?
