Is India passing through a worst phase?

First of all sorry frds for writing this unrelated topic in this intellectual site....

But i feel that our country is passing through one of the worst phases....

Inflation, Corruption, Naxals all r at their peak.....

Being from a middle class family, I hear to my parents they also say that this is the peak of Inflation. Salaries in the private sector have not increased mucch but the price rise is very high...on it we listen to the frauds which are never than some 100 or 1000 crores.....

theres a kind of unrest everywhere....even the law n order position is worse...look at the way how eassy it has become for people to kill others. Recently heard a case in Punjab where a 24 year boy killed his whole family..his parents, sister, grandfather who were against his love..........how cheap it has become..........

also the studies now a days.....i belong to a family of teachers n theres a lot of respect for this profession in our family n must be in ur family but see the cases where a teacher is being slapped by a student and the teacher is suspended coz he scolded that boy first............come on...wheres our culture......Teacher is next to parents..........

i think the best way to get out of this fuss is not to read newspaper or listen to the news....

see the way corruption is in Common Wealth games....n still our leaders want theri salaries to be increased by 5 times...i just heard a leader saying that they cant even offer a tea to people who come to their house coz their salary is low

now look at the facilities they get....

Basic salary 15000 p.m

phone calls 1,20,000 free

travelling: no fare for 2 poeple in 1st class AC....also 20 trips by Air free in the bussiness class

electricity fare: very very low

Rent paid by them to live in the VIP area is mere Rs.2000 pm

they are served food in the parliament at one-fifth of the price outside....

in addition they get around crore of Rupees for the welfare of their constituency....

these r just few things the list is a very long one.................cmmon poor people are dying of hunger and stock of grains is being destroyed in the goddaams........they say the grain for 2 crore people for a whole year has been destroyed ............

also naxalite problem is at its peak...soldiers r being killed but only politics is played on their death........

in sports too the way women hockey n women wrestlers have raised a question of s*xual abuse is also shocking.....

what else can we say............

the only thing we can think is that IS THIS THE WORST TIME OR WORST IS STILL TO COME.......????????

Yes I agree with your view on the shocking state of our nation.Only god knows whether worst is still to come or not.We are celebrating our 63rd independence day but the freedom fighters who gave us this independence never thought of such dark future of our nation. Our politicians are to be blamed for such miserable situation.Corruption and misgovernance are hurting our development.Unless we choose our politicians responsibly there is no hope of revival.
