Is GST PMT 09 for transfer of IGST/CGST/SGST paid under wrong head active on portal?

Is PMT 09 active on portal? if yes, can anyone describe the path?

No...It's not being Notified as of today, so not available on Portal

Can't say........but rules which favors taxpayer is implemented with delay
