i have a Pvt Ltd company with turnover about 10-12 Laks by service to telecom company
is it mandatory for us to get a GST registration??

we had a GST registration earlier that we have surrendered few months ago
now doing business (pvt ltd firm) without GST
turnover is still bellow 12 L
providing service to telecom company
is that a problem ??
No issues. Just get all the updates of GST Camcallation and file the Final Return
In my opinion gst is required
Registration under GST is not required if your Turnover below threshold limit
Goods - Turnover Limit - 40 Lakhs
Services - Turnover Limit - 20 Lakhs
