is Gst applicable on second hand sale of vehicles?
an oil trading business company is selling its one of the old vehicle TATA ACE to an individual is there any Gst applicable in this case,if applicable what is % of Gst applicable ?

I read somewhere that GST will not be applicable on sell of second hand vehicles. T&C apply. Better to check it at GST office.
