hi everyone
"we are a government firm and had taken HR services from a private firm, so as the workers salary has been hiked in 2017. now we have to pay the arrears to the worker in 2019." my question is-whether GST applicable on salary arrears bill given by agency?
Eg: in 2017 salary was 6600, now its 10000 (revised in the year 2017) so arrears from 2017 to Jan 2019 has to be paid to the worker, as we have already paid gst in 2017,do we need to pay again?
