Is GST Applicable on HDPE Grow bags

Hi 

1. We are selling the plants (Plant Nursery) and seeds for plantation. Is it taxable under GST. If yes then please provide HSN Code and Tax Rate. 

2. We are the manufacturers of the HDPE Grow bags which can be exclusively used to grow plants in that. Is it taxable under GST. If yes then please provide HSN Code and Tax Rate.

3. We are selling Plastic Pots for growing plants. Is it taxable under GST. If yes then please provide HSN Code and Tax Rate.

4. And dealing with all Gardening Tools also.
