Is gst applicable?

A flat was booked on the construction site, and booking was done before the gst law applicability in india, and a price was fixed . Now my question it that
is gst applicable ?
if gst is applicable then the price that was fixed will be inclusive of gst?
and if any case law regarding the same is there please mention
