Is green tax charged by delhi goverment for entering of vehicles in delhi, to be included in taxable value for calculation of gst ?
Because our client has received Purchase order from larsen & toubro in which they have not charged GST on green tax.
e.g. Taxable Value Rs. 1,00,000
Add: GST @ 5% Rs. 5,000
Add: Green Tax Rs. 2600 per vehicle
So L& T is not paying to our client GST on Rs. 2600.
Please help me out in this. Thank you.

Generally the Tax is not charged on Tax , moreover there is no GST on Green Tax
Section 15[2] The value of supply shall include---
[a] any taxes, duties, cesses, fees and charges levied under any law for the time being in force other than this Act.
Will this line given in the CGST act makes the difference?

Because such tax is not charged by supplier......
According to purchase order the amt has been paid by l&t so it must be included in the value
Yes, L&T is paying Rs. 2600 to our client instead of Rs. 2600 + GST.
