I just wanted to ask is Form 109 (transfer of article) is still available for 1 transfer. No one has the correct information, if u knw something about it plz....plz....let to know all of us....

Yes form 109 is still available and applicable for transfer. Its available at site of ICAI. Plz. note that transfers are not banned. Only some harsh restrictions have been imposed on it. Thus if you fulfill any of those conditions, you can apply for transfer and will have to submit 109.
