IS FBT THERE FOR NOVEMBER 2009 EXAM?

i verified personally from my direct taxes prof and he said though technically fbt is there for the exams,they would alter the papers(if at all they have included the ortions for the exam) last minute and then selct another question from questionbank(this is insider information), so he said 98% no chance of the question on fbt not coming(he said u can also analyse the pattern for lastexams wheremajor changes haveoccured and they did the samething) and so inanyways heasked to prepare for fbt and knowwhat it is incase the2%possibilitycomes up and so nottake chances but neednotgo indepth.otherwise itmakes no sense readingsomethingwhich hasbeen abolished evenicai is no fool.........

it  woluld be applicable;but i think we need not to give much stress on it bcoz since it is going to abolish so institute should not ask quest.on it.....

i think that it might be applicable from may exams. because it is just a budget (proposal) only when the president and parliament pass this budget it will become the finance act so i think that november xams students should study FBT as per normal procedure. Correct me if i m wrong.

you should study FBT...dont take any risk 4 d exam.. and for NOV 2009 exams A/Y 9-10 is applicable..leave this dicision on CA institute
