Is digital signature compulsory for gst registration

please specify weather Digital siganture is mandatory for propritorship firm. If propritor having aadhar. 

Mem i m not clear about DSC everybody is compulsory DSC ? My mostally client is proprietor and partnership firm. so, please clear this quetion DSC is compulsory for everyone or not ???

In case of a sole propreiotorship firm, is a digital signature needed ?

The "name of firm" column says "Legal Name of firm as mentioned in PAN". But for propreitor the name of firm is not the name of the propreitor. And the PAN is the propreitor's PAN. Is that accepted by the system ?
