Is CMA or CA CPT better for further career opportunities?

What suggestion would one give if I have to choose in between CA CPT and CMA? Which is bound to give me better career opportunities and growth in the future?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether the Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) offers better future career opportunities. While both are valuable, CA is highlighted for broader exposure in auditing, accounting, taxation, and stock markets, with global reach. The conversation also touches upon the recognition of CMA and CPT (now Foundation) abroad, and briefly mentions ACCA.

It's upto you both courses are almost equal but if you exposure in whole areas and global opportunity in Auditing and Accounting including taxation fields and also in stock, shares then CA is the ultimate option for best career ahead

But I have heard that CMA  and CPT is more recognized abroad? Is it true?

CPT is Common Proficiency Test by ICAI which is a part of CA now it is named as Foundation

Thankyou for the clarification regarding the same

Can someone please explain more about ACCA?
