Is certificate of service required to be scanned and uploaded ?

For May 2017 exam , My photo and signature appear on portal , this is my 3rd CA Final attempt. They have said it that "Certificate of Service" is Mandatory Scanned and uploaded for those student for whom is applicable. In "Certificate of Service" for student who has completed their Articleship they are also required to get signature of Principal or ICAI Member. I have already completed my atricleship and i have also received Articleship Completion letter from ICAI. Still I have need to scan and upload Certificate of Service ? and please also tell can i take signature of other ICAI member apart from My Principal ? as I am now at home and my Principal lives and practice in other city
