An assessee from Bihar, staying and doing business at Pune, (as a labour contractor) but recently got registered himself at Bihar for Service tax with his village address.
My question is can he use the same certificate here at Mumbai, Pune or any other States without centralized registration.
Even he do not have any office, he is operating from his home, Income Tax Jurisdiction Thane,

Since he is not having branches at Pune-Mumabai....no ques of registering them arises ...so Bihar Reg is sufficient
Thank you for your suggestions, I think you didn’t get my query, he is operating his business from Pune, and having business license from Pune (Maharashtra), and got registered himself at Bihar for Service Tax,
He has no office at Bihar.
