I have a company whose turnover is approx. 100 Crores. and it is a private limited company (a trading company) so is Cash Flow mandatory as per AS 3.. as per my knowledge goes its not.. but still i need to confirm..
Plz help me out.
Is it a listed company ?
If the company has morethan 2 directors and those people are external directors (which means directors not from same family). Then it is mandatory to prepare Cash flow Statement. In CFS u just tel where the cash has been used. Therefore if ppl from same family they don't seek those details. If not its good to Give CFS.
