Is articleship experience counted as work experience for mba

I have completed my three years of Articleship, but the final is due in November. I was applying for CAT and there was this question where they asked if i had any work experience. Although i know articleship is nothing but an internship, but they did not say it as job experience, so the work I did during those three years full time was indeed some experience related to work. But i am not sure whether i should enter those three years as work experience in the CAT Application form!!!! Please help if u know it is allowed !!!
