Is 6 Hours per Day Enough?

In my opinion, its not the hours you sit in front of the book, but, what actually adds worth to your exams, is the value you add to your knowledge, through studies. Its better to sit 3 hours dedicatedly concentratingly interestingly with your book rather than sitting 6 hours in front of the book and thinking how to study.
