IPO refund not recd??? plz help

I had applied for Central Bank of India IPO in the month of july ... after allotment i was suppose to receive Rs 91000/- in refund.. but i didnt get it even after 3 months.. after sendin a idemnity form the registrar i.e. Intime spectrum did send me cheque but again the cheque was out of date .. being more than 3 months old .. I hve been trying to call them from last 15 days but all there 7 lines are engaged.. all my emails have also gone unresponded....

Plz lemme know what options do i have .. how do i get my money back????????

why dont u complain to sebi. U will get the same with interest for period over and above 21 days. please visit sebi website and lodge the complaint online. U will receive the complaint no. and they will also get back to you.

I have also applied online in sebi site.. but i havent recd the complain number.. a message was displayed that i will receive the complaint number thru post.. i really doubt this is gonna work..?? the address box in the form was too short to write the whole address too..

Hi Aisha,i suggest u to send all detail to INTIMEPEOPLE at their bhand up office by REGD.A.D. and same copy forwarded to SEBI by regd.a.d. intimepeople never ever open e-mail or fax. in copy of intimepeople specially mention C. C. TO SEBI. they r bound to give u reply say whithin 10 days

Friend, I havent yet received the ipo refund of Reliance power.Can you share the address of the INtimepeople so that i can send a letter to them regarding delay in refund? pls help. Send msg to my email id ashwinikaniyoor @ yahoo.co.in

Well, This type of complaints may go forever as in the news, is a good thing coming up as there will be no refunds. Because, money from the investor's bank account shall be released only if the allottment is made to him/her.

You can complaint with the merchant banker to issue & if never get any reply then file acomplaint with sebi at SEBI Bhavan, BKC, Mumbai-400 051 following the proper procedure.

I am waiting for my income tax refund from last 1.5 years. The advocate through which i filed the IT return is asking me to wait for 2-3 days everytime from last one year. Please tell me, How can I register an online complaint and get my check at my home.
