Market price r finalised based on book building process, in general. If u r a CA-Final student, thn u can read the detailed procedure in the Book of Law and chapter is SEBI Guidelines, go thru it, n u will find the answer.
Price band ranges btwn 20%, both on higher n lower levels, price band is also given in the SEBI Guidelines.
