HOW TO PREPARE?
IPCC Law can be divided into 3 sections: Ethics, Company Law and other acts. Ethics and communication is an easy portion and has general stuff. For company law, you should do a preparation such that you cover all the sections. Other acts have a weightage of 4-8 marks each. Contract act is easy portion to begin with.
Firstly complete Ethics, then Company Law and then other acts.
BOOKS TO REFER:
Go for Munish Bhandari Sir's book if you don't want to refer ICAI SM. PM is must for understanding the type of questions asked. Munish Sir's book covers questions asked in exam topic wise. That is an added advantage.
