I will be appearing for the May-2012 ipcc gr-I exam. I have registered only for gr-I last year. Now, I want to give my gr-II exams in NOV-2012. When Shall I have to register for Gr-ii for this..??? What is the last date??

For Nov 2012 exam u want to register group-2, but the date was already completed.
If u want to write g-2 exam then u must register 9 months before ur attempt. so now time is up, U can register now write exam in May 2013. All the best.
