I HAD REGISTER MY SELF FOR ONLY ONE GROUP OF IPCC EXAM.. AND I HAVE GIVEN MAY ATTEMPT.. I WANT TO GIVE NOVEMBER ATTEMPT OF GROUP TWO.. WHWN SHOULD I REGISTER FOR NOVEMBER EXAMS?

Dear Friend
One of my friend was registered for CA- PE -II (without Articleship say just after B.Com.) and had also appeared 3 times in exam, but unfortunately he was seperated from study under some personal reason, Now he wises to further continue the course.
Whether he have to come through CPC/CPT or he can directly been addmitted to IPCC, please sugest.
