I applied for IPCC, i appeared in exam for 1st time in May 2012 and registered in 08/2011. I appeared for the exam 7 times. Can i appear for Dec 2015 exam or do i have to re-validate for exam? If i have to re-validate what is the procedure for the same?

Registration for IPCC/Intermediate (IPC) is valid for 4 years.

Hence, your registration is valid till 08/2015. In order to give the exams in Nov 2015, you need to revalidate your registration.
