Hi , I cleared my ipcc held in november10 but i hav still not recieved my passing certificate whereas all my pcc freiends hav got their certificate,
i want to know whether any cci member residing in delhi who had also cleared IPCC Examinations Held In November 2010 have recieved their Passing Certificate or Not..
