Ipcc pass certificate ?

I have cleared both groups of IPCC in may 2011 exams. i have note yet received my mark sheet. when will i receive it?

Will they send my IPCC pass certificate along with my marksheet or do i need to apply for it?

and what about articles ID? will this be issued soon after the results or only after joining the firm for articleship?
