please suggest me .Mai IT ko sirf practice mannual se padhna chhata hu taaki sirf mqin points pe focus rakhu par dar bhi lag rha ki phir khi questions kuch or na fas jaye so i m very confused

Ofcourse that won't be enough to clear the exams so you will be needing a Main Book.I suggest what you can do is have a look at Dinesh Madan Sir's book and his video lectures, they are available in Market. And In a loop view those lecture while also going through the book.
I would suggest you to go with both Study material and practice manual...
