i think stepwise mark should be given and in todays tax paper is average

why is institute fooling students by saying taxable services not applicable................... institute pls think of students side toooooooo..............

Can you please elaborate what are you exactly poinnting out at here?

ya i can............ they said they wont ask anything from 8 taxable services............ but the ques paper includes  practicing CA service ques for 8 marks................ wat does it mean???????????????

I like to add why they came out with such notification? 

From 1-4-2012 henceforth all services are taxable except few. Therefore there was no point in asking any theoritical question from 8 particular services.

But practical questions were bound to come due to POTR.  I was expecting some practical questions from the latest amendments. It was not there.
