Please tell whether IPCC marks r considered for ranking in finals ? If yes then a person clearing the ipcc groups separately will be eligible for rank in final ?

Why will they be??
I mean, IPCC is all together a different phase in CA STUDIES.... While finals has its own importance..
Merging or considering the marks of IPCC for ranking in FINALS is not possible...
It has been never done for PE-2 or PCC before, and will never be done for IPCC too...
