Ipcc group 2- partnership-disolution,insolvency

as per me u should have a brief revision of partnership in group-1 accounts to be on the safer side..bcoz they r related...in case if u get a Q where a partner gets admitted by a firm nd after admission within a year the firm gets dissolved..thn u have to adjust the premium paid by him on dissolution..then a part of group1 partnership wil b applicable...

I just wanted to knw how many segments cover in IPCC 2 partnership as i am confused about admission,retirement & death

Please help me to understand except disolution what else required to be prepare in partnership

in partnership u need 2 prepare:

1.  dissolution of a firm

2. amalgamation of firms..

3. conversion of a firms..

nd when i went through this chapter few days ago...i noted the thing which i told earlier...

which means...that Q's containing admission of a partner is there...so prepare mainly 4 dissolution i.e., grup 2 parnership...and keep an idea of JLP nd Goodwil of admission's chapter....

nd 1 more thing...2 be very clear abt this u can check practice manual nd RTP for 2012 which i havent checkd yet...
