Ipcc form submission problem plz its urgent!!

hello sir/madam, i have submitted my IPCC form but at that time of submision forgot to submit CPT marksheet printout that i had marksheet at the time of submittion i showed attested copy of my marksheet to the person who was sitting he only stapled all the documents and after coming home i found that i have forgot to submit marksheet and than i went next day he told one letter come in 10 days but leter has not came yet what should i do please advice ? Today i have received original marksheet of CPT.
