IPCC exam form query

Get ITT Certificate Number From Nearest Institute.& Duly Fill the Number in Form........No Need of Photocopy of ITT certificate,if u Not Got Till date.

thanks ayush, but since i've not reveived itt certificate, i dont have the number, neither do the institute have it. they say u get it on the certificate itself. I've send the examination form, but have kept the coloumn blank of the ITT "certificate no, and date"

Is it ok to keep that blank? Someone informed me that before may, mail both the ceritificate to the institute noida office. Is this true?, Please throw some light on this
