Ipcc costing fm need help

want to join ca club online classes for IPCC costing and FM. is it worth of trying?? i am preparing IPCC from last three attempts and not able to pass costing fm.. how should i prepare for costing and FM?

Hi Preethi,

Why dont you start by working out all the problems in the practice Manual and all the previous RTP's. Almost all models of Problems are available in the Practice Manual. So please those work out. Also theory part plays a very important role. Read theory from study material because its very good.

thanks for reply!

i have done costing fm preparation from CA study mats (few topics) before .. but i am lacking in concepts,, so should i again do prep from study mats.. should i refer some practice books for more practice. because i think my exam was good and 32 marks were not expected. please suggest

solve rajesh makkar sir buk once before u appear in exam....coz direct ques came frm it....nd will help u to crack the exam....

hi preeti ...as said by ysahil you can refer rajesh makkar sir's notes...i attented his class and it was helpfull...but if you lack conceptual clarity i would say you to buy ashish kalra sir's book from the market..and study from that ..it would help you alott....:)

For costing fm, there can't be a better book then pc tulsians..its the best for concepts and self study...trust me...rest is at your discretion

hi preeti , for concept clarity you should refer P.C. Tulsian, for myself this time paper -3 was tough but then also i got cleared both group in 2nd attempt only because of this book [ used for both accounts, costing, fm] ,by self study & Notes uploaded on caclub by many members.

dont knw abt other buks but do once makkar sir buks once...coz wen u saw ques which u have already done before make a huge diff....i got 86 marks in cfm...i refer rajesh makkar sir notes....

You will not benifit by Online coaching for Subjects like Costing/FM, rather go for Face - face as this subjects require a Thorough Conceptual Clarity to crack it Confidentely, Online will not Gv you that confident feel, Rather go for some F F coaching or group tutions or Pvt Tutions & you will get value for money & desired results & then too if you want to do self study Just get the Book of CA Dr P C Tulsiyan the only best book for step - step explanation for self study

ya tulsian is best............. purchse buk written by him u wuld c d diffrnce urself........ concept clearity evrything........... most of the teacher teach through his buk by clearing their concept....... he is best writer of financial accountancy, costing and management accouting too........... its upto u wot u wanna do cramming or clearing ur concept..
