You should spend few months in going thru the syllabus and identify one or two subjects where you can bring in your expertise and today there is a need for good teachers and its improtant to have passion for teaching.

I have started this insititue recently and it started with a purpose to support Tier 2 and 3 town students. I coached few students in coimbatore and chennai from bangalore thru online in 2009 and more recently been having few students less than 5 for subjects face to face . Coaching is planned only during weekends with an concept based format + exam oriented approach for practice. Plan is to have not more than 15 in a class to encurage group discussion as well as focussed teaching. Today many institutes are running housefull upto 70 or 100 per batch and that is due to the demand and quality of teachers . The mission is to help students enjoy the subjects at the same time prep for their exams in a more planned approach.
