Only few sections of the Companies Act, 2013 are relevant for the audit paper and none of them affect the company audit chapter.

Applicable amendments have been given in the revision test paper, attached herewith.

There is no change in the syllabus of ethics and communication.

Business Laws 30 + Company Law 30 + Ethics 20 + Communication 20 = 100
