Will anybody kindly share the information regarding eligibility of IPCC? I am B.com pass out with 65% marks.
Can I get enrolled for IPCC?

No dear you have to pass cpt than you can enroll of ipcc
The CPT exemption for graduates has approved by Parliament. Still ICAI has to announce notification about it.You can do two things Either Enroll for CPT June and pass or wait for ICAI announcement. My suggestion is that to enroll for CPT.
