can any of you share some knowledge about whether full marks are alloted to the 'case law' questions in bussiness laws, ethics and communication..if we are writing the answer properly..

Hi Manali,
It is difficult to say how the ICAI marks the answers; but as far as my interactions with a few examiners of the Institute goes, marks are awarded thus :
Correct mention of the provisions.
Correct Section and, if possible, sub - section;
Relevant case law pertaining to the decision of the problem.
Brief and precise answers.
If all the above mentioned points are covered, there are chances one may obtain full marks also.
