In question 2(b)...

Considering reporting responsibility u/s 143(1)...
He will have to comment on those aspects as well.

Dear Prince
Section 143(1) of Co Act, 2013 relates to reporting on propriety matters.
But in this question there is no reference of propriety. So need to mention Section 143(1).

While writing provisions of applicability of internal audit I wrote " ; " instead of "or"...can i get marks or not????
